Project challenge: Having been instructed by our client to irradicate an external water issue the decision was made to upgrade the vast internal reception area.

Solution: As the reception area was so large the project was broken into sections allowing for the free flow of the residents, the project was also undertaken in the evenings to further prevent any form of annoyance.

The floors were prepared and levelled with attention in particular to previous cracking and splits in the floor base.

A brass edging strip was cut, mitred and installed around the tiled and air vent areas allowing the Amtico flooring to be installed in a herringbone pattern.

Result: A great durable finish really enhancing the entire area to our clients total satisfaction.
